Stellar Piano Academy boasts an incredible lineup of star instructors with unparalleled experience in both performing and teaching.
Each of our instructors offer 30-minute and 60-minute private lessons, tailored to a student’s skill level and learning style.
At Stellar, we focus on building a comprehensive foundation. Our lessons cover clef fluency, sight-reading proficiency, fundamental music theory, technical development and artistic refinement.
We deeply value the connection students make with music and prioritise expressive techniques that encourages complete musical freedom, both in practice and on stage. Our goal is to ensure that the lessons students learn at Stellar equip them with skills that will last a lifetime.

At Stellar Piano Academy, we understand the importance of creating an environment where students experience the joy and camaraderie that comes from ensemble collaboration. Ensemble playing cultivates essential collaborative skills and musical awareness, which in turn elevates solo playing.
Group lessons focus on duets and two-piano repertoire, while also strengthening sight-reading abilities. Each group lesson is limited to a maximum of four students.

Musicality in Motion

Stellar Piano Academy has partnered with our dance department, Queensland World Dance Academy, to offer an exciting new class: Musicality in Motion.
Designed for students aged between 5-9, this unique class blends ballet training with classical music to promote both physical and intellectual growth. Students will cultivate strong rhythmic awareness, identify musical cues, and engage thoughtfully with phrasing and dynamics, providing a well-rounded introduction to the performing arts world.
Our goal is to build versatile young performers by offering them the best foundation in these two interconnected art forms.

At Stellar Piano Academy, students have the opportunity to participate in multiple studio performances throughout the year.
Regular performances are crucial for developing stage presence, building confidence, and enhancing musical story-telling.
We believe that consistently performing is essential for pianistic development and strongly encourage participation in all studio performances.
